The homemade chicken salad wrap I believe is such a quick and full filling tea. Although on Slimming World wraps do not tend to be classed as Hex B, I have. As long as I've classed it as my Hex B and don't continue to have more Hex B throughout the day - no damage done on my behalf! If you are following

I have filled my wrap with fried chicken cooked in fry light, lettuce, cucumber, grated carrot and cheese (Hex A); I have added sweet potato fries with this meal too.
