Syn free garlic carbonara

This dish is so easy to prepare and its syn free so its good in every aspect right?
This carbonara uses 6 ingredients that are all ingredients that you would probably find in your cupboard or at the back of the fridge!

This makes enough for one serving.
Ingredients
- 90g Spaghetti
- 3 Table spoons garlic powder
- 4 Light laughing cow triangles (Hex A)
- 150ml Chicken or vegetable stock
- Bacon
- Salt & pepper

Method
Grab a measuring jug and crumble your stock cube into it and fill it with boiling water until the 150ml line, stir until all gone, place into a saucepan and put it on a medium heat.
Add the spaghetti to some water in a separate sauce pan at this point so it will cook roughly at the same time. In a frying pan spray a few sprays of fry light and some chopped up bacon pieces to this and slowly cook along side.
Once the stock has started to warm unwrap your cheese triangles and place into this and constantly stir until they start to melt. When it has started to melt add your 3 table spoons of garlic granules to the sauce, as well as a pinch of salt and pepper so these ingredients can be full of flavour whilst the sauce thickens.
You will soon start to notice your sauce is becoming much thicker (7-10minutes). Take the spaghetti off the hob and drain once cooked, simply place the spaghetti into the sauce as well as the bacon and give it a good stir. Continue to cook for a few more minutes so the sauce and bacon is fully intwined with the spaghetti and voila!
Place into a bowl and garnish with a parsley leaf for an extra something something!
